Basically, if you buy a motorized roller shade, there's a remote for you to operate the shade. If you buy 3 motorized roller shades, you will need to operate one shade with one remote and keep pressing the button while rolling up or down the shade. Moreover, we provide 1 to 4 remote to operate 4 shades by a remote. Here's the method to use the 1 to 4 remote control, there are four frequencies in a 1 to 4 remote. You need to assign each frequency to each shade's receiver and operate them one by one. The same way as one frequency remote, you need to keep pressing the button while rolling up or down the shade.

We suggest customers to use one remote to control one shade.

There might be frequency interference occurred when using one remote control multiple shades. As for the 1 to 4 remote control, please note that there are four frequencies in a 1 to 4 remote control.
